Several residents have enquired about the trees being removed on the boundary of David Wilson Homes - Dickens Gate, Marden Rd, and Lodge Road.

The Parish Council has contacted Maidstone Borough Council's Planning Enforcement who have confirmed the trees are not protected, therefore no permission is required for their removal.
