Neighbourhood Plan Review Group

GROUP'S PURPOSE

The purpose of the Neighbourhood Plan Review Group is to review and monitor the Staplehurst Neighbourhood Plan and ensure that it remains a relevant and live document and that it is being evidenced by Staplehurst Parish Council on planning and infrastructure matters.

The updated plan was formally made by Maidstone Borough Council on 6th August 2020.  This means that the updated plan is part of the statutory development plan for Maidstone Borough and used to determine planning applications in the Staplehurst area’.
