Please note: Staplehurst High Street will be closed to all traffic from 10:10am to 10:35am to allow for the procession.
Spectators are warmly welcome to line the route and pay their respects.
Veterans: Please form up behind the Union Flag or make yourself known to a steward or a Scout Leader.
If you are joining the Parade or spectating, please listen to and follow the instructions of the stewards at all times. The uniformed organisations walk in respectful silence — if you are joining the Parade, we ask that you please do the same.
Although the road will be closed, it remains a primary route. Emergency vehicles must be allowed through if necessary. For this reason, please join at the rear of the Parade, where stewards will be available to assist, rather than walking alongside the uniformed organisations.
The Remembrance Service at All Saints Church begins at 10:45am – all are welcome to attend.
At the end of the Parade, please clear the road as quickly as possible to allow traffic to resume.
Thank you for your support. We are exceedingly grateful for the understanding of residents within the closure zone, and we very much look forward to seeing you on the day
